I have zero time. Zero. But I am taking two seconds to post this because it...just needs to be said.

A very well done commercial by the "Entitlement Generation".
I have said it before and I will say it again, the president has little to do with creating laws for our country. He/She is a figure head.
Congress makes the laws/tax codes, and at this time right now who holds the majority in congress - republicans or democrats? And really now...behind the scenes are PACs pulling the puppet strings because they donate a ridiculous amount of money to keep the congressmen/congresswomen in their seats and to keep said congressmen/congresswomen voting for special favor tax cuts. Not only that, elected officials who play nice with the PACs and don't get re-elected, get cushy 7 figure salaries to become PAC members themselves and lobby their old friends in Congress. Why do you think the "bail out" happened? Why do you think the "bail out" had more pork and fat and crap in it than all the greasy road side diners in America? The president didn't put it in there - lawmakers did. The United States has borrowed more money in the past decade than in all our previous history combined. Unfortunately there is no PAC for "Middle Class" or "Common Sense".
And even though PACs run our country behind the scenes, why can't we find two decent candidates out of 300 million people to represent our country? Both of them blow and something is flawed!
I will certainly admit that Obama is much better looking than McCain, but Palin is better looking than all of them if we follow that logic - at least being that I am a guy and all. ;-)

Hmmm....so are you saying it makes no difference who is president? I'm pretty sure that's what you're saying.
If that's the case....I still want Obama as he's MUCH better looking and if I have to look at someone for the next 4 years, I prefer him. *nods*
That's sound reasoning, isn't it?
